The ESI Roundtable (ESIRT), which has performed continuing legal education on electronically stored information (ESI) in the Southeast, is expanding its program from coast to coast. ESIRT, which was founded in Birmingham, Alabama, reached a licensing agreement in May with ESIRT New York and California to offer a series of CLE programs in New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Margaret Morton, national director of ESIRT, will coordinate the programs in those cities, according to the public announcement.
Melissa Rogozinski, president of ESIRT, developed the methodology, process and curriculum for the roundtables. Rogozinski’s mission is to ensure that program attendees take away best practices in federal and state courts and the latest information on ESI from in-depth discussions, i.e., roundtables. Programs are designed for lawyers beginning their investigation of ESI to those with intermediate knowledge.
