Dell Inc., a hardware and software provider, and Axiom Global Solutions, a provider of technology-enabled legal services, announced on June 11 they have entered the go-live phase of their multi-year partnership. Axiom will provide a managed service to capture, manage, report and analyze legal and commercial information in Dell’s worldwide sales agreements.
Company officials said the Axiom service will allow Dell to more effectively identify revenue and opportunities to improve margins, proactively manage contractual rights and obligations, and obtain data on the impact of contractual terms. The Axiom partnership will also give Dell the ability to gain efficiencies in managing risk and adhering to contractual requirements.
