For legal departments looking to improve their e-discovery preservation processes, there are many choices on the market today, and effort is required to match department needs with a provider. One example of this due dillegence comes from software provider NetApp Inc., which recently selected Exterro Inc’s e-discovery software to ease the its preservation challenges.
Before selecting Exterro to support its e-discovery preservation processes, NetApp completed a comprehensive evaluation of several legal hold software applications, according to Bill Piwonka, chief marketing officer of Exterro.
