Cooley is now offering Cooley GO in the United Kingdom after providing the online tool for over a year in the United States. Targeted to startup founders and newer companies, Cooley GO lets businesses produce customizable legal documents from either desktop or mobile devices, and provides legal and business guidance.
The offerings are well-suited for the needs of startups and entrepeneurs—or even investors. Among the content are reports on venture capital financing trends. Also, since last summer, Cooley GO produced more than 17,000 documents.
