Looking to capitalize on the demand for analytic products that can provide a better understanding of legal contract data, Morgan Lewis and global legal services provider Exigent announced an extension of their existing alliance on Wednesday.
Under the terms agreement, Morgan Lewis will now offer their clients Exigent’s contract lifecycle management solution, Chameleon, which enables companies to extract and aggregate unstructured data from legacy systems for modeling and statistical analysis. In October 2014, the companies announced that would they combine Morgan Lewis’s eData services platform with Exigent’s technologies to create a unified solution for corporations in need of cross-border litigation support.
