Nearly three quarters of in-house law departments in a recent survey reported facing increased legal demands in the past year. And what’s the number one way they are handling those demands? More technology.

Some 44 percent of in-house counsel responding to the survey by HBR Consulting reported an increase in their systems and tech budgets worldwide. HBR released its survey results last week involving 308 in-house counsel from companies across 22 industries.
