Workspace-as-a-service (WaaS) might not be a household term right now, but it has reached buzzword status, and if predictions are right, it will be the next biggest thing in cloud through the end of this decade. A report published in September by Transparency Market Research forecasts that the global WaaS market valued at $7.47 billion in 2014 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 12.1 percent from 2015 to 2022.
