Law department service provider, Morae Legal, recently announced that it has acquired the business and assets of CCIM Consulting, an advisory group that specializes in managing electronic records and information.
Shahzad Bashir, president and CEO of Morae Legal, told LTN news in an email that the acquisition is a “significant move on our growth curve,” allowing the company to “offer a fully-integrated information management and discovery solution.”
