The Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) has issued a paper discussing policy perspectives on cybersecurity.
Titled “Guiding Principles for Cybersecurity Oversight,” the paper discusses the role of boards in overseeing cybersecurity. The GNDI, which according to its website “brings together member-based director associations from around the world with the aim of furthering good corporate governance,” said in a statement that the issue of cybersecurity has been a primary issue on the board’s agenda this year.
