Intellectual property management and software provider CPA Global announced Nov 30 that it has acquired IP analytics software provider Innography.
Officials from both companies said in a statement that the acquisition will create “a set of powerful and innovative management solutions,” strengthening CPA Global’s tech and analytic capabilities, while allowing Innography an international client network and “complementary software and services offerings.” As part of the deal, Innography’s management will remain with the company as part of CPA Global.
