Positioning itself to gain ground in what was recently identified as an expanding marketplace for e-discovery tools and software, legal services provider Consilio has announced its acquisition of UK-based Proven Legal Technologies.
Through the acquisition, Consilio will add Proven Legal Technologies’ experience providing clients with e-discovery and forensic investigation services in the UK. The move not only multiplies the number of staff members Consilio has on hand to address international e-discovery and document review needs, but it will also allow the company to offer Relativity hosting services to a larger number of geographic locations and potential customers.
