Physical records management software FileTrail and cloud-based document and email management software provider NetDocuments have announced an integration of their solutions, ushering in new data management capabilities and make relevant information, whether digital or physical more accessible for users.
“The integration FileTrail has created enables a firm to effectively incorporate physical documents into their overall information governance practices through the DMS (Document Management System),” Travis Reed, technology partnership program director for NetDocuments, told Legaltech News. “By including all documents into the firm’s system, knowledge and records management are improved as all data relevant to a client and matter can be associated in the matter-centric workspace.”
