Integreon, a global provider of outsourced legal, document, business and research support, has implemented BigHand Now as the company’s workflow management platform for its document services and administrative outsourcing business. The BigHand Now workflow platform will be used to streamline Integreon’s service delivery for corporate and law firm clients around the world.

With BigHand Now, we saw the opportunity to streamline and automate processes that will enable us to support our global clients more efficiently and effectively. With BigHand Now, we are better able to ensure on-time service delivery, capacity management and global accessibility of projects – all of which add value for our clients.”
