System One, a provider of workforce solutions and integrated services to various industries, including IT, commercial, and legal, announced the acquisition of ALTA IT Services (ALTA). Based in Rockville, Md., ALTA specializes in IT staffing and consulting for government agencies and commercial clients. As part of the acquisition, ALTA becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of System One Holdings, and will operate in alignment with System One’s IT division.
