As e-discovery technology expands in the U.S., its presence in Europe is growing as well, as the European legal industry takes note of the advancements in data processing and the benefits of automation. E-discovery providers are broadening their customer bases in Europe, as Lighthouse e-discovery is doing. And — as with any U.S.-based technology company operating in Europe — there arise questions around different privacy and data rules on the continent.
This week, Lighthouse revealed that it is partnering with Rackspace to expand its European operations with two new data centers based in the U.K. Lighthouse has selected Rackspace as its European data center provider, and it will enable Rackspace to bolster its current customer support, as well as reinforce its mobile processing.
