It’s widely acknowledged that technological innovations in the legal space will alter the way that law is practiced, yet many firms haven’t taken the steps to weather the inevitable change. Legal services provider Axiom has followed the current by employing tech for tasks such as major transactions and managed services work, and with the recent appointment of Sara Morgan as general manager of the firm’s London Office, it will look to meet growingly complex legal challenges with innovative solutions.
Legaltech News got in touch with Morgan to get her take on Axiom’s embrace of technology and discuss what she plans to do in her new role. She said that during her six years with Axiom, she’s seen the company grow from “a handful of lawyers” to “the world’s leading provider of alternative legal solutions,” having within its global ranks over 1,500 professionals, including process engineers and technologists.
