SIGNiX, a provider of independent e-signatures, cloud-based digital signatures and authentication services, has promoted John B. Harris to chief technology officer. Harris joined the SIGNiX team as director of product management in 2012, and by the summer of 2014 he was promoted to senior vice president of product management.
