Integreon, a global provider of outsourced legal, document, business and research support, has partnered with Recommind, an analytics software provider, to deliver fully integrated document review for projects of all sizes and complexities in the UK and Canada. The company said the solution will benefit law firm and corporate clients by reducing costs and time spent on review and meets strict data privacy requirements of these jurisdictions.
“Many of our clients have data located in the EU and Canada, and Integreon does not have data centers located outside of the U.S. Due to EU data privacy regulations and concern about the validity of Safe Harbor, Integreon began working with Recommind a few years back and have been able to provide great document review services utilizing Recommind’s Axcelerate tool,” Caragh Landry, Integreon’s global head of onshore managed document review, told Legaltech News.
