Full-service e-discovery technology provider @Legal Discovery has incorporated technology assisted review (TAR) into its e-discovery platform, CasePoint. TAR, aka “predictive coding,” enables litigation review teams to leverage technology to more efficiently identify and tag documents while focusing on the smallest, most relevant set of data in a timely manner. CasePoint is designed as a user-friendly interface which allows clients who utilize the platform to focus review efforts within a few clicks.
David Carns, vice president of @Legal Discovery, told Legaltech News that the company built CasePoint from the ground up. “We do not use third party software for processing, review, analytics, TAR, etc.,” he explained. “As a result, we have always focused on including new technology in the CasePoint platform as a matter of course.”
