eTERA on Jan. 14 named industry veteran Bruce Malter as its vice president of consulting solutions.
The position is a new one in the data and technology management company. In this role, Malter will be responsible for expanding the company’s existing consulting service: early information assessment (EIA). He will also develop a client engagement program and help increase eTERA’s national presence.
