The e-discovery market is burgeoning, but with all of the apparent benefits technology brings to the discovery process, what about everything that ensues?
Legal software provider eDepoze is attempting to apply technology to the next steps, releasing Lexcity to help attorneys with the litigation events following electronic discovery. Among these steps are depositions, witness prep sessions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations and trials. EDepoze said in a statement that Lexcity provides a singular platform where a case team can use electronic case documents in each of the aforementioned events, for each of which custom workflows allow lawyers to use documents in the same way “they always have worked with paper.”
