The legal tech market has witnessed some major acquisitions as of late, widening the playing field to a diverse array of investors and tech experts that continue to expand both the capabilities and presence of legal technology. Expanding its market is global legal software provider Intapp, which has acquired the Manchester, England-based time-entry software provider Rekoop.
With the acquisition, Rekoop’s engineering, support and services will expand in the UK, while Intapp will accelerate the expansion of its cloud offering. A statement by Intapp noted that, as part of the deal, Intapp’s support of Rekoop’s customers and cloud-based software will continue alongside the company’s research and development investment in Intapp Time, its signature time-entry software.
