While perusing a tech website, you’ve probably come across some variation of the phrase ‘the answer lies in the cloud.’ Though this phrasing might appear repetitious, its promulgation is warranted, given that cloud solutions are essentially driving the evolution of storage as we know it. iManage is no stranger to this philosophy, and on Feb. 2 the legal product management solutions provider announced the launch of iManage Cloud, a vehicle through which, according to a statement, the company has “significantly enhanced” its cloud offerings.
In essence, iManage Cloud attempts to increase governance, improve the disaster recovery process and increase the speed of performance. This, the company said, allows law departments to “more quickly deploy” the iManage platform, including email, document, and knowledge management; collaboration tools; and governance tools. Furthermore, the company added that this can be done via a monthly subscription and without extra IT infrastructure.
