By day, they are senior IT executives from some of the largest national law firms or corporate legal departments in the country but by night, these industry leaders come together to form the rock and roll powerhouse that is Legal Bytes.
Unlike similar bands featuring executives from different fields, Legal Bytes plays all original music – specifically songs about legal technology such as “Born to be Backed Up” and “User Love.” Since 2008, the band has performed annually at the International Legal Technology Association Conference (ILTACON). Growing in popularity each year, Legal Bytes has started to expand to select shows, including this year’s Legaltech New York and national IT events outside of the legal market. The band has also been working with LexisNexis to shoot a music video for their tune “Lawyers Love Lexis” that will release sometime early this year.
