It’s hard to argue with that statement, particularly in an ever-changing legal world where technology plays a role in how business operations evolve. To that end, ATG LegalServe, a subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, and It’s Your Serve have combined to create a single, full-service litigation company that provides services to lawyers and firms aimed at streamlining process serving.
Under the moniker ATG LegalServe, the company employs the services of both individual companies to provide a full range of process services “with the benefit of a greater reach, a bigger and more diverse client base, and more hands-on experience,” said Miner. The services will include service of process, court filing, document retrieval, skip-tracing, and employment background checks, among others.
