Technology is continuously unveiling truths seemingly obfuscated by volumes of information virtually unmanageable by any person. This has been especially true when it comes to contracts, and methods like machine learning and analytics have gotten a grip on the overload of information.
Attesting to this sentiment is recent analysis conducted by contract discovery and analytics provider Seal Software, which on Feb. 22 announced results of studying contracts held by its clients in the Fortune 500. The diagnosis: some companies are entirely unaware of what’s in their contracts.
