Contracts can be a headache for many businesses, but advances in machine learning are simplifying the way we review them, allowing for greater accuracy and faster analysis. Advocating this technology is Seal Software, announcing on Mar. 2 the release of version 4.1 of its contract discovery and analytics solution, which utilizes a machine learning framework as well as data visualization in effort to help organizations better understand, as Seal said in a statement, the “very lifeblood of their business.”
While machine learning isn’t necessarily new on the legal spectrum, many attorneys have yet to adopt it. Nonetheless the technology is here to stay, and some, such as Seal CEO and founder Ulf Zetterberg, think it’s time for firms to make the move into the future.
