Software options for e-discovery and secure file transfers are plentiful, yet many small to medium sized firms, hindered by infrastructure and licensing costs, struggle with implementing enterprise-grade solutions containing modern feature sets. Cicayda, an e-discovery software and service provider, is attempting to bridge this gap by announcing the integration of its cloud-based e-discovery software, Reprise, with Citrix ShareFile.

“The benefit will be the formation of a legal cloud ecosystem that provides innovative and necessary technologies required to practice law in today’s competitive market,” Billy Hyatt, Cicayda’s CEO, explained to Legaltech News. “Reprise offers the availability to leverage all of these modern features at a price point [smaller firms] can afford. It’s a total game changer for small and medium sized firms. Now those same firms can securely store and transmit case data between Citrix and Cicayda as appropriate.”
