Much has been written on emphasis on speed in e-discovery, but there is little in the way of examining how this speed is achieved — and what it means for the future of e-discovery, legal operations, and the broader data management paradigm.

Speed of course, comes in many different forms, and in many different EDRM stages. Some companies are focusing on efficiencies in searching and identifying information for discovery that may rest on various end points within a company’s network.
