While legal tech continues to grow, there remains a lack of professionals with adept expertise in both law and technology. Among those with the experience and accolades lending themselves to the emerging space is Drake Lightle, who was recently appointed by e-discovery software and services provider Advanced Discovery as the review manager for the company’s Chicago office.
Equipping Lightle for the role ahead is nearly a decade of experience with large-scale e-discovery projects, as well as experience in mediation, litigation and arbitration. On the technology side, Lightle’s experience includes the review, management and designing of workflows around litigation documents, the processes behind which involved hundreds of attorneys and reviewers internationally, Advanced Discovery noted in a statement. Additionally, Lightle has opened review sites, leaving him tasked with oversight, recruiting and quality control.
