As the company predicts major growth abroad, Bryan Friedman has been appointed general manager at Axiom’s Canadian business. Based in Toronto, he will “spearhead Axiom’s continued growth in the Canadian marketplace,” Thomas Finke, Axiom managing director, told Legaltech News.
“The Axiom business that Friedman will lead is the product of our acquisition of the General Counsel business of Toronto-based innovative law firm, Cognition, announced in January of this year,” he explained. “And the growth that he will oversee is anticipated to be significant: We expect to double our Canadian business over the next 36 months.”
