In pursuit of claiming a stake in the emerging and ever-growing space carved out for legal technology, many companies are joining forces to buttress already impactful solutions and considerable market share. Abacus Data Systems, known for its ability to automate practice management capabilities into the legal operations workflow, is no stranger to this approach, and on May 17 announced its acquisition of Amicus Attorney.
