A new partnership between K2 Intelligence and BitVoyant is aiming to develop business datasets, according to K2 Intelligence. The investigative and cyber defense firm said that it will integrate BitVoyant’s datasets, which will become available to the commercial market, as well.

As a result, cyber intelligence products and services will be offered that can “identify existing threats and map multiple layers of connections to identify risks across an enterprise, its vendors and partners – and advise clients requiring cyber M&A due diligence,” Austin P. Berglas, head of cyber investigations and incident response at K2 Intelligence and former assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s New York Cyber Branch, told Legaltech News.
