In yet another round of ongoing legal tech mergers and acquisitions, litigation support software and services provider TCDI is acquiring JURINNOV, an e-discovery and data security provider.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the companies said no employees will be let go as a result of the acquisition. JurInnov will continue to have a location in Cleveland, and will continue its operation as a wholly owned subsidiary of TCDI, according to company statements.
