Compliance can be a hassle, and for smaller enterprises, the process can be too costly to manage. In an attempt to level the playing for those unable to put forth an adequate automated compliance management platform, BasisCode Compliance is providing a subscription service for its compliance management software.

“It takes financial firms, law firms, and compliance consultants a tremendous amount of time and effort to set up and execute an effective compliance program,” Carlos Guillen, BasisCode president and CEO, told Legaltech News. “Most are using a combination of manual processes, with evidence dispersed in email folders, paper files, and separate folders on the network. This results in inefficient and error-prone processing that cannot be scaled as a firm grows, or easily adapted as its needs change.”
