After a string of senior executive departures in recent months, e-discovery and analytics company Recommind will be acquired by Canada-based OpenText for $163 million.
OpenText, a global enterprise information management, announced on June 2 that it entered into an agreement to acquire Recommind in the first quarter of 2017.
