The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has released its draft guidelines on net neutrality and is looking for comments from the public. But already, attorneys and others interested in the guidelines are weighing in on the awaited draft.

For instance, Todd Daubert, an attorney at Dentons, told Legaltech News that the draft guidelines “appear largely to be a reasonable and thoughtful approach to the issue of net neutrality.”
