Consilio, a multinational e-discovery service company, has appointed two new managing directors to its leadership team, computer forensics specialist John Ashley and legal department operations consultant Mike Haysley. Ashley will lead the Forensics department at Consilio, while Haysley will take charge of law department management.
Consilio, which until last year had a largely European market, acquired Huron Legal late in 2015 to expand its foothold in the U.S. Ashley and Haysley’s hires are part of a larger effort to ease the company through the merger.
