For e-discovery solutions markets, 2016 has so far been a period of ongoing consolidations , and more e-discovery service providers are quickly joining in the trend. The latest to join the ranks is Elite Document Technology, which recently announced the acquisition of iSolutions Digital Litigation Services, which provides litigation support with a focus on consultative implementation.
The merger may not have come as a surprise to many in both firms given how closely the companies have worked in the past.
