The State Bar of Wisconsin is launching the WisDocs Estate Planning Document Assembly System. It features wills, revocable trusts, marital property agreements, durable powers of attorney, advance care planning, and other estate planning forms. More categories of forms will likely be offered in the future.
The State Bar of Wisconsin is the first mandatory state bar association to be on the publisher list on HotDocs Market, the company says. It uses HotDocs Market, which is a cloud-based, e-commerce marketplace for automated legal document creation.
