iCONECT is the latest beneficiary of private equity income as private equity firms continue to build interest in burgeoning legal technology. Fraser Mackenzie Merchant Capital (FMMC) has recently committed to a multi-million dollar agreement to support iCONECT’s XERA document review platform expanding its scope and reach.
Ian Campbell, president and CEO of iCONECT, said that the funding helps the company push forward with planned developments in XERA’s review platform.
