Kerr & Wagstaffe partner James Wagstaffe , who has written legal guides for Thomson Reuters, will create content for LexisNexis Legal & Professional, the company announced. The move helps LexisNexis expand its federal civil procedure catalog.

“As we start working with Jim, we will focus on developing content and products in the federal civil procedure arena,” Aileen Stirling, vice president of Jurisdictional and Practice Area Portfolios at LexisNexis, told Legaltech News. “Jim and his colleagues in The Wagstaffe Group are expert authors who will be publishing under the LexisNexis brand.”
