With so much movement in the legal technology industry, it’s rare to see someone stay in a leadership position for a decade. Randi Mayes, executive director of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), had surpassed that benchmark – she has been with ILTA in varying capacities since its inception in 1980.

But all comes to an end eventually. On July 29, Mayes announced that she will be leaving her executive director post in 2017. The ILTA organization has begun the process of identifying her replacement.
