Joe Green for Thomson Reuters Practical Law wrote for Legaltech News that while mostly all startups make mistakes along the way, certain “avoidable legal mistakes that many startup founders make early on are hard to overcome and can lead to a startup’s premature demise.” He listed the five biggest legal mistakes tech startups cannot afford to make, and number one is “waiting too long to seek out experienced legal advisers.”
