Both Cheng and Zohlen join FTI from IBM, with over 15 years of IG, consulting and compliance experience. Both have also served at PSS Systems, while Zohlen previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and Cheng at Wells Fargo.
Jake Frazier, senior managing director at FTI, explained that the expansion of the company’s practice was due to clients’ increasing demands to design and execute IG policies to meet new legal and regulatory needs.
