Email is one of those tools that is ubiquitous, and so we take it for granted. Daniel Diette of CDS points out that email threading is such a widely available option, and yet so underused. Why, with the widespread availability of email threading software (meaning a system that has the ability to group conversations together and sort them logically), is it that e-discovery teams use it sparingly or not at all?
