Austin Berglas, senior managing director of K2 Intelligence, will address ethics questions accompanying the growing field of cyber due diligence at ALM’s annual CyberSecure conference in New York at the end of September.

Berglas is scheduled to speak to conference-goers on a panel called “Ethical Considerations: Cyber Due Diligence and the Deal,” which will deal with the expansion of due diligence responsibilities as company data holdings continue to explode.
