LexisNexis plans to acquire Intelligize, a privately-held Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intelligence service. Financial details were not disclosed.
Intelligize employs natural language processing and machine learning technology to analyze data found in SEC and related databases. The solution helps users locate, analyze, organize and benchmark data contained in more than 18 million SEC filings, the company said in a release announcing the acquisition.
