Attorneys in Indiana—faced with competition from online legal services—are coming up with a strategy so potential clients realize the benefits that lawyers can provide them.
The Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) Board of Governors has approved recommendations from its Future of the Provision of Legal Services Committee on how to promote legal services in the face of emerging technologies, and their suggestions will be presented to the ISBA House of Delegates on Friday.
