It might seem odd that a recruiter is writing about another technology that will soon eat away at how he pays his mortgage, but that has not stopped me in the past.

I’ve offered advice to attorneys on how to build robust LinkedIn profiles, for example, knowing fully that HR departments would use that resource to handle a lot of searches themselves, versus calling your friendly career advice columnist. Why not? I won’t stop progress, and I find the changing technology landscape in recruiting fascinating.
